It was always the first thing I got asked about in every press conference before a Scottish Cup game, and my answer was always the same – “Well, someone’s got to do it, and I’d love it to be me.” It had become a bit of a standing joke. Whenever there was a cup draw, people would ask me if it was Hibs’ year. I’ll never forget the euphoria and jubilant scenes at the end of the final – that cup run was an incredible journey.
