I try to be as kind to myself as I would a small child, to stay feeling sparky (or even just fairly OK, some days). Lots of fresh air; family and friend time; making things; nourishing snacks; warm baths and comfy self-tucking-in at night. Getting enough sleep is really important, and I avoid drinking alcohol because it makes me depressed. I also do some lazy yoga every day to feel brighter all over. For me, looking after brain means looking after body.
