Well, this is a bit bloody great. About Bloody Time: the menstrual revolution we have to have is a book written by author Karen Pickering and menstrual educator Jane Bennett – with the help of the Victorian Women’s Trust and the Dugdale Trust for Women & Girls – that explores the experience of menstruation, from puberty to menopause. It also takes a deep-dive into the menstrual taboo, with the aim of showing that period talk doesn’t have to (and really shouldn’t) be off limits.
