MASHED POTATO

I’m not sure about you, but sometimes I think there’s no task as arduous as having to chew something. This, my friends, is when mashed potato truly shines. You can eat mashed potato in any setting: lying on the couch, standing at a festival, or even at the table if you’re feeling fancy. Given its ability to stick to a fork while held upside down, I’m a little confused as to why they don’t serve mashed potato in space all that often, but I guess that’s between me and NASA. Like the baked potato, mashed potato is also a perfect vehicle for Other Stuff. We’ve all mixed peas and gravy and whatever else is left on our plates into the mash and shovelled it into our gobs, despite already feeling extremely full a good 15 minutes ago. Such is the allure of mashed potato.
