TRIBUTES have poured in for an eight-year-old girl who died in a horrific car crash on the Bruce Highway.
Childers Police confirmed the little girl tragically lost her life in a double fatality on the way to a Bundaberg primary school netball carnival on Friday.
A man, who was the sole occupant of the other vehicle, was also pronounced dead at the scene.
The girl, as well as a 50-year-old woman and an 11-year-old girl, was a passenger in the other car, and understood to be travelling north.
