EAST FREMANTLE OVAL PRECINCT REVITALISATION
The Town of East Fremantle is excited to collaborate with residents, community members and sporting and community groups on the revitalisation of the East Fremantle Oval Precinct.
The recreation precinct – which includes the entire ‘A’ Class Reserve bound by Moss, Fletcher, Allen and Marmion Streets – is an important place in our community.
The precinct includes Locke Park, Sumpton Green Community Centre, East Fremantle Bowling Club, East Fremantle Croquet Club and the East Fremantle Football Club.
The project will develop a revitalisation vision plan for the recreation precinct through a collaborative community design forum.
Open and interactive community sessions will be held at the East Fremantle Bowling Club during:
• Sunday 8th & 16th of September 2018 (repeated session)
• Monday 17th to Wednesday 19th September 2018
A key focus for the consultation is to encourage all interested members of the community to participate. The Town understands that not all residents have time to attend workshops, therefore, followers of the Town on Facebook will be invited to take part in a virtual design forum from the train, bus, or their living room.
More information and details about the sessions and the project will be posted to the Town’s website and Facebook page as it becomes available.
