Retime audio in Arrangement View
> Live 10 brings several changes to how editing in the Arrangement View works, from hide-able automation lanes (hit A to hide/reveal), to handy new shortcuts (see Quick Tips on the previous page). One of the most interesting new tools, however, is the ability to retime audio clips simply by selecting one edge of the clip, holding shift, and dragging it to a new position in the timeline. It’s also possible to move the contents of a clip in the Arranger within its boundaries. Hold Alt+Shift (Mac)/ CMD+Shift (PC) to slide the position of a loop or longer audio recording around without moving the position of the clip it’s contained within.
