How to… use the voice modes

Use the Voice mode depth dial to extend each Voice mode’s functionality. There’s the four-voice Poly mode for real-time chord playing (duo mode is available via the VMD dial). Duo stacks two voices per note and thickens/detunes the sound the more you turn the voice mode depth. Next is the Monophonic Unison mode which stacks all the oscs/voices on one note and uses the VMD dial for detuning (for huge stacked basses/leads). Then there’s Chord mode with its standard monophonic mode (Legato is a menu setting) plus chord shapes via the VMD dial (a quick way to trigger or sequence chords from one note).
