Polish your mastering skills with a free workshop and plugin bundle from Soundspot and denise developer JD Young

Dutch-developer JD Young, the brains behind plugins from Denise, Babyaud.io and Soundspot, is offering up a free 30-page book titled One Hour Mastering Workshop, written with the aim of guiding producers through the process of mastering their tracks at home. What makes the package particularly appealing, however, is that it comes with a free download of five mastering plugins packaged up in the Noiz-Lab LE Bundle.

The book itself is actually a chapter taken from Young’s book Home Studio Mastering, which was published two years ago and is still available via the website homestudiomastering.com, where users can also download the free workshop bundle. The plugins, meanwhile, have recently left beta, and offer simplified takes on standard mastering duties, covering stereo imagine, compression, EQ, reverb and limiting. They come in VST, VST3, AU and AAX format for PC and Mac.
