Wavestate SE adds aftertouch and a 61note keyboard

> As well as gaining a stablemate in Modwave, Korg’s 2020 Wavestate is being given the ‘premium’ treatment with a new SE version, adding one feature many of us would have loved in the original: aftertouch.

It’s not just an afterthought either. Many of the patches included in the machine have been tweaked to make the most out of the feature. The new SE expands the keyboard to 61 keys too. Plus, the addition of solid aluminium knobs and top panel, give the Wavestate SE a premium feel.

As with the Drumlogue, the Wavestate SE is billed as a ‘preview’ right now, so we’ll probably have to wait for price and release info.
