With Atlas loaded, we can head to its Maps area and ensure we’re pointing it at a few choice locations. Even if you select a folder that also contains melodics and loops, Atlas will screen them out leaving just the drums. After a little analysis time, our Map is ready, and our main screen shows us our plentiful sky full of drum sounds: hats are pink and orange in the centre; kicks purple in the bottom right; snares are pinky purple on the right-hand side. We can click each to audition it, or alternatively activate mouse-hover mode.
