What we want…

Live is now capable of taking on almost any sonic task, but there’s always room for more. If we were going to pick something from our wish list that hasn’t been entirely realised at this point, we’d opt to see the proper mixer in both views. At the moment, it’s available in full, with vertical faders and meters, in Session View, but in Arrangement it appears as an assortment of small boxes to the right of the timeline. Sure, we can exit fullscreen, open up a second window and see it there, but it’s not quite so elegant as, say, Logic’s key ‘x’ to see the mixer below the timeline.
