2016 COMMUNITY AWARDS Nominations
Nominations are invited in the following categories for both business and individuals working or living in the area (postcodes Berowra Waters, Berrilee, Arcadia, Fiddletown, Galston, Middle Dural, Glenorie, Hillside, Forest Glen, Canoelands. Awardees will be taken from the quality of the nominations. The Rotary Club require the following details: • The full name, address, telephone number and email of the
person you are nominating. • Why have you nominated this person or this business for
an award? • How have they improved their business? • Why is their customer service so good? • How long have they been involved in community or charity work? • What is the type of community or charity work? • Tell us why and how these people stand out from others in
their field Award categories are: Small Business Award - for outstanding businesses or employees Pride of Workmanship Award - for excellence in workmanship Community Service Award - for making a real contribution to the welfare of the local community Youth Award - for outstanding personal achievement Quiet Achiever Award - Doing their best with out expecting a reward Apprentice/Trainee Award - Showing outstanding skills and potential for excellence Closing date for nominations is Friday 22nd April 2016.
