Rothschild Avenue Traditional Furniture was first established 30 years ago and named after the street our warehouse was in Rosebery, we then moved to Dural and set up business 20 yrs ago, and have been servicing the Hills area and northern suburbs ever since.

A passion for making fine furniture has kept husband wife and son Vic and Irene working together for 30 yrs producing pieces fit for royalty.

Mr Cleary also hand carves furniture and does all the finishes and his wife Irene does all the gold and silver leaf work, the company specializes in exquisite French -style furniture, mostly reproductions and copies of museum pieces, as an impeccable furniture maker and wood carver, Vic gives attention to perfection.

We also specialize in custom orders it can be a single item through to large libraries of all designs French style vanity units, French entry doors, grand father clocks etc.

We have raw and finished pieces available and can be finished to your requirements or color -matched to suit existing furniture, we are able to copy and match existing furniture or make pieces from a photograph.

We have specialized over the yrs in reproducing museum which are no longer obtainable as antiques due to cost and availability, styles such as neo classical, napoleon French empire, louis XIV and IV French provincial, Georgian and most English styles, Chippendale , Sheraton, Hepplewhite, etc.

At the moment we are custom making for clients neo classical designs in the verscarce styles which go well with modern style homes as well as classical styles, mostly finished in black and gold leaf.

We have a large range of furniture in stock in our factory showroom, we also specalise in restorations of furniture and French clocks, our other services include interior design and a large range of upholstery fabrics.
