I am an Aus­tralian born Pak­istani mus­lim. I will be at­tend­ing year 11 at Mount St Bene­dict Col­lege. I have a pas­sion for hu­man­i­tar­ian stud­ies and en­joy read­ing. I am 15 years old and was born on the 21st March.

The 21st March is the In­ter­na­tional Day for Elim­i­na­tion of Racial Dis­crim­i­na­tion oth­er­wise known as Har­mony Day. For the past 2 years, I have done some­thing to mark Har­mony Day by try­ing to give back to the com­mu­nity.

In 2016, I hosted an event at the Care­flight Base in West­mead to cel­e­brate Har­mony Day. I raised just un­der $4000 and all the pro­ceeds went to Care­flight. In 2016, I was also nom­i­nated for John Lincoln Youth Com­mu­nity Ser­vice Award as part of the Of­fice of the Or­der of Aus­tralia.

In 2017, I cut off 17cm of my hair and do­nated it to a char­ity called the Lit­tle Princess Trust. This year I hosted an event to cel­e­brate Har­mony Day in or­der to sig­nify and spread a mes­sage of
