This month we attempted to make soap with a lovely outcome. This has inspired us to try more complicated designs and we look forward to learning more about the process. Thank you to All Australian Candle Making Supplies for getting us started. candlemaking.com.au

Several Galston Branch ladies will be attending the tea rooms at the Royal Easter Show this month, please show your support and grab some tea and scones!

Also happening this month is the Group cookery and Handicraft competition in Blacktown, good luck to all who entered. Anyone who wins 1st prize will then go onto State level.

The CWA’s AGM will be held soon in Armidale. This is an extremely large event with ladies from all over the state attending. We look forward to reporting back on this event in May.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday April 11th. Chocolate making class will be held at our 9th May meeting. We meet at the Galston Health and Community Centre, cnr Glade and 17 Arcadia Road, Galston. Visitors are most welcome to attend.
