"Karen's legacy is not just a collection of rocks, books, instruments and idiosyncratic stories of this age-old industry. Besides being a mother, grandmother and business woman, Karen has worked tirelessly behind the scenes for many years for the welfare of children. Having known Karen for a number of years, through industry contacts, I have come to admire her achievements. In this industry, in a time of adventurous entrepreneurs, many people go through life working to perfect a gift, Karen's journey through life involves perfecting ways to share the natural gifts she has.”
