The BSA is please to announce that local bromeliad guru Allan Beard of Glenorie will be the guest speaker.

Allan who is a life member of the BSA has been collecting hundreds of bromeliads for more than 30 years.

Anyone who has been fortunate to visit Allan's property has witnessed the amazing magical bromeliad garden he has created with interest in every section of his garden, by using bromeliads of contrasting colours, sizes, textures and unusual markings, together with the occasional garden ornament, hanging baskets, tree stumps and branches adorned with air plants.

Members and guests are most welcome to attend this presentation that promises to be entertaining and informative, especially for anyone who is considering installing a low maintenance and drought tolerant Bromeliad garden.
