WHEN TO CALL 000

Call 000 if a severe allergic reaction or anaphylaxis is suspected. Reactions can take up to two hours to develop and may include hives and/or itching, difficulty breathing or talking, facial flushing, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, coughing, fast but weak pulse, dizziness, swelling of the face, lips, eyes or tongue, loss of consciousness, floppiness in children. Try to capture or photograph the insect for identification purposes.
