GARLIC BUNDLES
It may seem a bit weird, but for years, we’ve given our friends bunches of garlic for Christmas! I love garlic, and so do most people we know. If they don’t grow their own, it’s a real treat to be given a bunch of home-grown, organic local garlic (add a label so they know the variety). I’d rather give them something I know they’ll love and use, than something they’re going to stick in the cupboard and re-gift later on. We harvest our garlic early in December and hang it to cure and dry for a few weeks, so it’s ready to give away at Christmas.
