Lowood IGA celebrates 10 years

Gatton Star - - Brisbane Valley Views -

LOWOOD IGA celebrated its 10th birthday, giving every shopper who spent $50 or more in store a chance to win a trailer supplied by the team at Hans in Ipswich and filled with more than $1500 of IGA Lowood groceries.

To take out the prize of the trailer and the groceries, shoppers had to be present at the draw on Friday, October 23.

Anjie Lowe, from Lowood, was the first name drawn, but as she was not in store for the draw, she took home the trailer on its own.

On the second draw, Yvonne Martin, also a Lowood resident, was on hand to enjoy the day’s activities and, to her surprise, take out the grocery prize of over $1500.

The day also included a gathering of long-serving employees who helped out with the cutting of the anniversary cake.
