Twenty-four (24) bowlers donned black eye patches to participate in the annual “One Eyed Jack” day at the Rosewood Bowls Club on Sunday October 25. Seemingly some players improved their performance by using one eye only with C. Rich-Reeve, R. Hogan and G. James winning 13 out of 18 ends and claiming the winner’s trophy. Other scores: S. On Saturday, October 31 a full green has been booked to play in the “Valentine’s Day” bowls in complete darkness with fluorescent stickers on their bowls to show the way.
The final of the Club Triples will be played on the morning of Sunday, November 1 at 9.30am. Men’s.
