Couple charged with lengthy harassment
A LOWOOD couple has been charged with using a carriage service to harass another person.
Lowood Police Station Senior Sergeant Bruce Peel said the male and female, 54 and 61, allegedly harassed the victim over several months.
The pair will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on June 26.
In another case, a Laidley man was arrested in hospital.
He had been transported to hospital after being involved in a car crash when he began to behave in a disorderly manner.
The 33-year-old was given several warnings by police but was arrested.
He will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on May 30.
Several cases of drink driving have been recorded by Lowood police in the past week.
A Tarampa man, 53, and a Coominya man, 27, were charged with drug and alcohol offences after being intercepted by police.
