Illegal dumping

-

Not sure this has to do with expensive tip fees but more to do with those disgraceful people within society. They need to be publicly slammed by the authorities when caught. If the EPA can find them, they get fined but that is not enough. They need their noses rubbed in the filth and mugshot pictures published in the paper.

Stephen T This is ludicrous. Why should the victims of these illegal dumping crimes have to pay? While I realise there are costs involved in running ‘‘tips’’, surely prices can be more realistic so that this practice of illegal dumping no longer occurs. Mind you, the people who do this illegal dumping are nothing but low-lifes and should wake up to themselves.

Mabel, Timboon No. 1: Tip fees are too expensive so I drop it wherever I can. No. 2: I have been caught in the past and got a $75 fine so I don’t understand about fines starting at $1200. Thanks anyway, but I will take my chances with understaffed EPA officers.
