V/Line needs wake-up call
THE boss of the regional rail network has admitted for the first time nine-carriage trains on the Geelong line are a possibility.
Super fast trains are needed. This is not a small town anymore. People in Geelong need more infrastructure and spend to deal with the population growth. Josh Robins

Not much point when half the train gets off at Tarneit and Wyndham Vale, then we get stuck just out of either North Geelong or Geelong main station, because we’ve caught up to the snail Warrnambool train. Mel Peters
