THE combination of modern medical consulting rooms with a large amount of excess land is attracting interest from buyers to a tightly-held central Geelong location.
The medical/consulting rooms at 165 Myers St, Geelong has been home to Associated Psychology Services for about 20 years but is about to come on to the market.
