TWO spectacular riverfront properties are on the market in Barwon Heads.
Both have price hopes of above $4 million and come with absolute river frontage and on-water views.
Buckaginga, at 6 Carr St, has just hit the market and is impressive with its 1391sq m land size and Cape Codstyle house.
RT Edgar, Barwon Heads agent Andy Ingham said the house was 10 years old and had replaced an old beach shack.
“One of the highlights is the way the house lends itself to capture the view,” Mr Ingham said.
“You can open the front door and look straight down to the river.”

Abercromby’s Armadale agent Emma Pierson has recently taken over the riverfront listing.
Known as Bundella, the 1930s house has been in the same family for 56 years and has three bedrooms and an open-plan living area at the rear to capture the view.
Ms Pierson said there was a lot of potential with the property.
“You could build two places, one on top of the other, I think it would be too narrow to have them side-byside,” she said.
The most expensive sale recorded by CoreLogic in Barwon Heads was when 4 Paringa Lane sold for $4.4 million last year. It is also on the waterfront.
