Listen up, silent hit gets a sequel

A QUIET Place is getting a sequel. Jim Gianopulos, Chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures, yesterday said the studio was developing a follow-up to the thriller, currently in theatres.

A Quiet Place has earned more than $135 million from North American theatres in just over three weeks. Gianopulos said A Quiet Place was the first of what he hoped would be many future hits after some difficult years at the box office for the studio.
