HE’S been a shining light in two North Shore defeats. Julian Dobosz, pictured, has shown what he’s capable of since crossing to the Seagulls full time, bagging seven goals. The former Sandringham forward kicked three goals in a wet and wild encounter against Leopold before chipping in with four majors in the loss to Bell Park. And with Colac missing its blue-chip key defender Tom Simpkin, Dobosz would be licking his lips at the prospect of slotting another bag on the wide expanses of Colac’s Central Reserve. In just nine games for the Seagulls last season, the tall forward kicked 19 goals while spending time between Windsor Park and Sandringham.
