By chance, Michelle went into labour on Tuesday, the same day Kathryn’s doctor had booked her for a caesarean.

“I booked into the hospital an hour before my own operation to see Michelle’s son Isaac and it was such an emotional moment knowing my son and her son would get to share this day for the rest of their lives,” Kathryn said.

“Since we were put in the same room, we even joked that it was the best sleepover we’ve ever had,” Michelle laughed.
