Delisted Magpie weighing up future
FORMER Collingwood small forward Jarryd Blair is weighing up his future, with a number of VFL clubs keen on acquiring the 2010 premiership player for next season.
Blair (pictured) trained with Geelong’s VFL team on Wednesday night but is yet to make up his mind about where he will play in 2019.
The 28-year-old, who played 157 games and kicked 121 goals for the Magpies, was delisted at the end of the year.
It is understood he is keen on keeping an eye on life after football and is looking to land a playing assistant coach role. Blair is likely to make a call before Christmas on where he pulls on the boots for next year.
