DOG attacks another dog and only stops when victim dog’s owner latches on to offending dog with her own chompers. Offending dog’s owner fronts court and is ordered to pay more than $3000 in vet bills, impoundment fees and fines, then complains she is the one with mental scars — including being diagnosed with PTSD — and her dog hasn’t been the same since being held in the pound for 88 days. And, oh yes, she’s also having nightmares over the incident. This is the owner of the attacking dog, mind you. You tell me who the tool is. It ain’t the dog.
