The not-so-darlings of breakfast TV, Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan, are dedicating this episode to those with a disability and as you can probably guess, it goes hilariously awry. In their ‘International Day of People Living with a Disability’ special, the Kates have nobly stuck disability symbols all over their set and are providing easy-grip cutlery for those in need of a feed before 6am. Their guests include a “krackspert” who suffers from a chronic illness and a wheelchair Paralympian who would be fascinating to listen to, if only he could access the set. The disasters hit boiling point after their noble attempt at inclusivity is interrupted by an announcement out of Canberra.
