Sick Of It ABC COMEDY, 9.40pm

Known as Ricky Gervais’ bitter friend who can find a reason to complain about pretty much everything, Karl Pilkington is back in this series that provides some more insight into his negative but witty mind. In SickOfIt, Pilkington plays down-on-his-luck taxi driver, Karl. The second major character happens to be Karl’s brain, who appears in ‘Karl-form’ every so often but only our protagonist can see him. After a rather ugly break-up, Karl moves in with his Aunty Norma, an elderly American woman. Trying to get back into the dating scene and get his life back together, Karl’s brain is always there to reliably taunt him in that classic Pilkington way. Tonight, Karl gets caught up trying to get rid of an old sofa.
