Fury adds to Tyson talk

-

BRITISH boxer Tyson Fury claims he has been offered a heavyweight exhibition bout with US great Mike Tyson.

The WBC champion was apparently named after Tyson, 53, who is rumoured to be considering a comeback.

It is 15 years since “Iron Mike” ended his glittering professional career, which included two world heavyweight titles.

Speculation persists that Tyson could take on great rival Evander Holyfield, 57, for a third time, 23 years since their “Bite Fight”.

“I had a phone call saying, ‘Would you like to fight Mike Tyson in an exhibition fight?’ I said, ‘Hell yeah’,” Fury said.

“They’re a bit long in the teeth, but then who am I to say anything about what anyone’s capable of?”
