Founded by Kara Lineen and partner Charles Wynne in 2015, Tierra is derived from the Spanish language and means earth, ground and land – the elements we both feel and connect with, to create experiences with our quality range. With a deep focus on relationships built on accountability, trust, communication and incredibly high standards – we provide luxe pop up venues via Nordic Tipis and Hampton Marquees to deliver an experience that is magical, memorable and yours.
What events are the marquees suited to?
They are suited to all events. Whether you’re organising a wedding for 300 guests or a corporate event for 50, it all begins with your idea and the experience you’re looking to create. The stylish simplicity of our pop-up venues combined with the ability to transform the outdoor space of a homestead or paddock makes for a truly unique event. A lover of all things creative, Kara’s passion is collaborating with other businesses to ensure that you get the event of your dreams.
The Hamptons marquee range is perfect for creating an open air event space. How many people can the marquees cater for?
Inspired by the freedom of the outdoors and the striking effects of light and shade, the sculpted peaks of the sail cloth create a captivating open air atmosphere while the transparent sides of the marquee bring in the beauty of nature. The Hamptons Marquees can cater for both intimate events and small gatherings as well as larger events that require a dance floor.
Describe the features of the Nordic tipis.
Nordic tipis are the ultimate in bohemian luxe, and are perfect for both daytime and night time events. The Cirrus tipis are great for micro and medium-sized events, whereas the Stratus tipis not only cater for any size event, they also provide flexibility with different configuration options – you could even have a naked tipi on a balmy night draped in magical lighting!
