And by all-inclusive we really do mean it! We provide a clearly laid out proposal to ensure you know what the cost is. Planning a
wedding can be complicated enough without having to second guess and piece together all of the different costs. We have one clear price so it’s simple from the start. We provide everything from tables, chairs, linen, security, venue hire, lighting, cutting of your cake, a knife to cut your cake (yep that too!) andfull event management. Our experienced event managers will work with you to develop floor plans, customise menus, and really tailor your day to be a true reflection of you. We work with your suppliers to ensure they understand all of the bump in and bump out requirements, so on the day of your
wedding, you simply turn up and have the most amazing day.
Tell us about the beautiful location.
Our grand driveway leads to our beautiful building at the top of the hill, with expansive views over the Barrabool Hills and our vineyard – it makes a stunning entrance and really sets the tone for the night ahead. We have many different spaces that can be used for different parts of your event or wedding day. We often have plan A, B and C just in case the weather decides to not play its part! We have a gorgeous olive grove for ceremonies (with an indoor backup option of course), our garden bar is perfect for predinner drinks and canapes. It has a stage for live music, festoon lights and a great relaxed vibe. The festoon lit Barrel Hall contains all of the rustic yet elegant charm you would expect. The warmth of the barrels counteracts our polished concrete floors and creates a warm and inviting space. Your photographer will be in heaven exploring our beautiful grounds, with so many wonderful spots for that perfect capture of a moment in time.
