IF you believe your town is the cream of the crop, there are only a few days left to enter the Top Tourism Town Awards.

Timboon Fine Ice Cream owner Tim Marwood is thrilled his town has been nominated. It has cemented itself as a popular tourist destination after local small businesses teamed up to create a popular gourmet food trail.

“The key attractions are the amazing artisan producers,” Mr Marwood said.

The award has been added to the long-running Australian Tourism Awards, designed to showcase and recognise leaders in tourism excellence.
