Matter Too walk — a trek of about 280km from Port Campbell to Whites Beach, Torquay.
The pair has been training with and will walk alongside personal trainer Nathan Moore from Moore Than Fitness for the journey.
As well as raising awareness for the carers, the You Matter Too walk is raising money for This Is A Conversation Starter (TIACS) — an Australian charity that provides free and ongoing mental health support.
Andrea and Tammy will begin their 11-day, 280km walk on April 27.
The final leg — from Bells Beach to
Whites Beach, about 10km — on Saturday, May 8, is open to the general public to participate, with entry fees for the walk also being donated to TIACS.

THE Australian Bureau of Statistics is recruiting 20,000 field officers across the country to deliver the 2021 census.
The officers will deliver census instructions and forms and visit households that have not yet responded.
Census executive director Andrew Henderson said the bureau would recruit locally to ensure field officers were familiar with the local area.
“Helping members of the public who need special support to complete the census is a key role for our field officers,” Mr Henderson said.
“We want to recruit motivated people who are keen to tell their community’s story through the successful collection of census data.”
Previous experience is not required and training will be provided before the job starts.
“We are also recruiting people who can speak a language other than English as part of the job,” Mr Henderson said.
The roles are short-term with flexible working hours that will include weekdays, weekends and evenings.
It takes about 15 minutes to apply at censusjobs.adecco.com.au. The census will be held on August 10.
