THE hottest young footy talent in the country is headed to Geelong this weekend.

Leading draft prospects Nick Daicos, Neil Erasmus, Jason Horne and Geelong ruckman Toby Conway were among a squad of 29 teenagers named on Wednesday to represent the AFL Academy against Geelong’s VFL team.

The match will be played at GMHBA Stadium as a curtainraiser to Saturday’s AFL match between Geelong and West Coast.

It will start at 10.10am, with the AFL match at 1.45pm.

They will be coached by the AFL’s national academy manager Tarkyn Lockyer, assisted by Western Bulldogs legend Brad Johnson, North Shore gun Jason Davenport, Tony Bamford and GWS’s Alicia Eva.
