Hustle down for truckin’ good food
GEELONG’S first food truck park will open its gates for the first time on Saturday.
The Bin Chicken, at 46 Little Fyans Street, South Geelong, will open from 11am, mixing food trucks with special events — launching with the Side Hustle Market.
Owner Aaron Dixon said the market would include Charlie’s Canine Creations, Fundraising with Wine, Grandma’s Soaps and Candles, and Oz Dream Catchers among other stalls, while food trucks Wok n Roll and Tasty Taters Two were locked in — with others likely to pull up.
Mr Dixon has plans to also open the space up to a plant market, along with car clubs, fitness groups, sports clubs and other unique markets.
The Bin Chicken will also be a dog-friendly venue.
