How did COMPLET-ED begin?

COMPLET-ED was founded in

2016 by directors Ashley Langdon and Ryan Whittaker who, having spent more than 30 years combined in the private sector helping businesses with recruitment solutions, workplace education and training, and access to government funding, identified a significant gap in the market.

It was this opportunity that ultimately led to the formation of a comprehensive consultancy, foremost designed to service all businesses’ education and HR requirements.

What is the goal of COMPLET-ED?

Our extensive knowledge of industry, networks, and associations within the corporate education and HR sector ensures that our clients receive objective and independent advice. Equipped with this information, clients

can then make informed decisions about their education, HR, and business requirements. These associated opportunities are supported by several levels of government funding.

How does COMPLET-ED help its clients?

COMPLET-ED essentially removes the complexities that businesses confront when attempting to access government funding and workplacebased education options.

When working with businesses to identify training options, our key objectives include:

INCREASE people performance and development;

COVER compliance and work requirements; and

IMPLEMENT lean business practices and continuous improvement.

What businesses are COMPLET-ED best suited to?

We work across a broad spectrum of businesses and sectors, covering industries such as transport and logistics, manufacturing, health and professional services, food production, customer contact centres, and building and construction. Our clients typically employ more than 20 team members, with several currently in excess of 15,000.

How have workplace training demands changed in recent years?

Workplace training demands have significantly changed in recent years and are still continuing to do so. Currently, a high majority of our clients are looking to achieve several commercial outcomes through workplace training, such as the introduction of continuous improvement strategies to help increase returns and other associated methods of increasing overall staff

performance and business capabilities.

Is funding available to help businesses with their training?

We provide the support that businesses need to navigate them through the numerous government funding initiatives at both commonwealth and state government level. Currently, businesses could save up to 50 per cent off wages – that could potentially be $28,000 per employee over a 12month period. This federal government initiative is only available

until March 31, 2022, and we are here to help.
