Mercy Wanyonyi and George Fallaw didn’t mind the bleating of lambs and sheep during their ceremony at Warrawong Estate as they were just so glad to be getting married. Mercy opted to have both her parents walk her down the aisle, as they never had their own wedding. “They both cried at this and I rarely see them cry so this was incredible,” Mercy says. The pair both fell in love with the first suit and dress they tried on at the first store they went into. For their reception they changed into cultural Kenyan outfits, which they had made in Kenya. Mercy adds that a highlight of the wedding, which was live streamed to guests who couldn’t make it, was the African dancers and performers, who had everyone up and dancing.
