Adrianna and Reece first met when they both worked at Reading Cinemas in 2009. Reece put a lot of thought into the proposal after originally planning on dropping to one knee on a European getaway that didn’t go ahead because of Covid. He had worded up their families and Adrianna’s dad even helped design the ring. With plans for a family lunch booked in, the pair went for a casual walk on Torquay beach in the morning with their dog Marla. “After walking for what felt like forever and getting to a secluded part of the beach, Reece knelt down and proposed,” Adrianna says. Realising lunch was just a distraction, the pair celebrated for the rest of the day and stayed the night in a Crown Towers suite.
