Police in drug swoop
POLICE have dismantled two alleged crop houses and seized multiple cannabis plants after raids in Teesdale.
Victoria Police spokeswoman Sergeant Megan Stefanec said officers arrested two men after executing search warrants at Native Hut Drive and Fairview Cres on May 11.
“Police located a number of cannabis plants at both residences and a hydroponic facility in each,” she said.
“Two men, aged 37 and 42, from Teesdale were arrested at the scenes without incident.”
Both men were charged with cultivating cannabis and possessing cannabis.
They have been bailed to appear at Geelong Magistrates Court in September.
