REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW PARKING PERMIT A JOKE

MY FATHER has previously been approved for a disabled parking permit.

He is now 99, can’t see out of one eye, can’t hear very well even though he denies this, and outside of his room he needs a wheelchair to get around. I’m not sure what part of him which was previously deemed disabled is now abled, because he now has to get his doctor or OT to assess him for a brand new parking permit instead of a renewal.

Who at VicRoads/City of Greater Geelong signed off on this brilliant idea?
