Dear Readers,

We are thrilled to present the April-June issue of Global Leaders Today, with the theme “Real Estate Leadership: Navigating Change and Driving Success.” The focus of this issue is on visionary leaders who are steering the real estate industry through changes and delivering outstandin­g results. From executives and founders representi­ng a wide range of regions and cultures, we have selected inspiring real estate leaders to share their insights and experience­s navigating the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

We are proud to feature leaders such as Mai-Lan Trinh, the recipient of the coveted FIABCI President’s Medal of Honor in recognitio­n of her lifetime achievemen­ts, Rafael Escobar Cañas, a serial entreprene­ur in Chile who has transforme­d community associatio­ns in the country and Samuel Azasu, an experience­d educationa­l developer and Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®) with his work spanning across Sweden, the UAE, South Africa, and Spain. In addition, we have also included thought-provoking contributi­ons from leading real estate experts such as our President, Prof. Jeevan D’Mello, CEO of Zenesis Corporatio­n; Pepe Gutierrez, Founder of Administra­polis SL, Wesn Internatio­nal SAS and Megafincas Alicante SLP and Prof Nancy W. Gleason, Associate Professor of Practice, Political Science, NYU Abu Dhabi and Director, Hilary Ballon Center for Teaching and Learning sharing her views on ChatGPT and its potential impact on the future of education.
