CRANBROOK RESIDENCES AT CASTLE HILL CC

-

Cranbrook Residences golfers reflect on the reality of living next door to a world-class golf course …

Residents of Cranbrook Residences, Ros and Ross Hogan, are living the dream. Recently the avid golfing couple moved into their luxury apartment adjacent to the exclusive par-72 Castle Hill Country Club championship golf course in Sydney’s tranquil Hills Shire.

While Ross has been playing golf for more than a decade, Ros is a relative newcomer to the sport with two years on the course. Together, they are now playing more golf than ever as the couple has rolling fairways as their new neighbour.

“When we were looking to downsize, one of our priorities was proximity to great golf, finding a community purpose-built for those over 55, and choosing an apartment with high-quality finishes and plenty of room,” Ross Hogan said.

“Being able to wake up, look out the window to check weather conditions, then stroll over to the course and tee oˆ, makes golf all the more appealing,” says Ross, who also regularly plays with other residents. “We’re all playing a lot of golf!”

Cranbrook Care CEO, Ms Kerry Mann said that Cranbrook Residences was developed in response to demand from a new generation of Australians, who have discerning hopes of retirement living and a strong desire to maintain their quality of life during the next phase of their lives.

“In every apartment, residents enjoy contemporary interiors and exclusive features, such as Caesarstone worktops, Miele appliances, bespoke joinery and oak timber flooring. Bedrooms feature wool-blend carpets, integrated wardrobes and elegant ensuite bathrooms with double vanities, imported stone tiles and walk-in showers,” Ms Mann explained.

Beyond the adjacent golf course, Cranbrook Residences’ lifestyle amenities include a centrally-located contemporary café – with panoramic golf course views of course – and outdoor BBQ and entertaining areas ideal for socialising with family and friends; the perfect spot for an afternoon beer after 18 holes.
