A macro bowl! They’re easy to make and in­clude a va­ri­ety of colours and tex­tures to keep my ap­petite sat­is­fied and in­ter­ested. Some usual sus­pects I in­clude are smashed av­o­cado, boiled eggs, home­made hum­mus, greens, roasted pump­kin or sweet potato, and sun­dried toma­toes.
