What we do know …
Having a broad variety of bacteria, including plenty of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is important. Researchers of the human biome have found that having a broad range of bacteria is associated with better health outcomes. Unfortunately, in the modern world due to many factors, including antibiotic use, our biome have become narrow. Ideally we want a broad range of bacteria with plenty of the key strains associated with lactobacilli and bifidobacteria strains as these are some of the most researched for being associated with better health.
